Lake Creek Ranch properties offer spectacular mountain views and close proximity to the sports and restaurant amenities of the Teton Pines and Teton Village areas as well as to the county bike path.
Lake Creek Acres I
The first of three Lake Creek Acres I subdivisions in the West Bank area of Jackson Hole, this neighborhood is comprised of 30 acres, with nine lots. The development borders the Snake River along the northwest, the Bluebell subdivision on the southwest and the Moose-Wilson Road along its south boundary. It is located across from the Hunter Road entrance to the John Dodge subdivision.
Lake Creek Acres II
This was the second of three Lake Creek Acres II developments on the west bank of the Snake River, and it reflects a new way of thinking about how to develop property in Jackson Hole. The 1978 Teton County Master Plan had just been completed, and there was a strong emphasis on preserving the open spaces that give the West, and Jackson Hole in particular, its character. Lake Creek Acres is just over 55 acres in size with 18 lots of 1.5 acres each, a large central common area and perimeter common ground.
Lake Creek Acres III
Located on the west side of the Moose-Wilson Road, across from John Dodge Road, Lake Creek Acres III is 32 acres divided into eight 4-acre pieces. It offers a cozy and intimate neighborhood with mountain views.
