2014 3rd Quarter Jackson Hole Market Update

November 10, 2014

The 3rd Quarter of 2014 saw average sales prices jump 24% and sales volume rise 24%. In particular, a resurgence of interest in areas West of the Snake River is reflected in a doubling of units sold and tripling of sales volume. Year to Date sales slightly exceeded the period ended September last year thanks to a strong September month.
